Creating a physical product — especially one meant to protect families — takes time, testing, a trusted team, real money, and a lot of patience. I’ve learned so much along the way, and being transparent with you is incredibly important to me. I want you to know exactly where we are, what comes next, and why your early support truly moves this forward.
Where We Are Now
After years of working with multiple product designers, I finally found the right team — one who not only designed Liliom beautifully but also guided me through the entire process. They’ve shared their knowledge, opened doors, introduced me to other founders, and connected me with the ideal supply chain and manufacturer for when we reach that stage.
Right now, all design work is complete. The only thing left before raising capital for the first physical prototype and manufacturing, is building traction.

Quinn Breuel
Liliom began when I couldn’t find a sanitizing solution that felt functional and safe for the things I use every day- my wallet, glasses, phone. Nothing on the market felt modern, intuitive, and genuinely protective or fit seamlessly into the rhythm of my life. So, I started building my own!
My personal experience with skin cancer - facing melanoma twice - has given me an acute awareness of the effects (beneficial and detrimental) of UV light. That experience made me uncompromising about safety, when it came to Liliom.
For more than 20 years, I worked in the Interior Design industry, sales and client‑focused problem solving. I’m the person who notices inefficiencies in my surroundings- products and spaces that can be designed to be safer, more functional, or simply more aesthetically pleasing. That instinct is what led me here. To me, safety should never feel complicated, and good design should make life easier, not harder.
Liliom is the first in a series of UVC innovations I’m developing to bring safer, smarter, beautifully designed solutions into the spaces that harbor the most germs — from the items we carry every day to the environments we move through at home, work, and beyond. I’m on a mission to create calmer moments for modern families, offering one less stress to their days. I hope to have this opportunity to share my creations with the world, wonderfully engineered UVC products that make protection effortless and design intentional.

Yes. Liliom is built with children & parent safety in mind. The bag is fully enclosed, the UVC LEDs automatically shut off when opened, and the device uses a light to let the user know when it is on.

Your Liliom device, a USB‑C charging cable, and a quick‑start guide. No filters, no refills, no extras needed.

UV‑C light can only sanitize what it can directly reach. If an item has visible debris—like crumbs, dried milk, spit‑up, dirt, or sticky residue—the UV‑C light won’t penetrate through it. The debris needs to be removed first so the light can reach the surface underneath.
